VyzzBrah in the house. So about 3 weeks ago while trying out this "New Tricep exercise" for "Bigger arms" i heard multiple pop sounds that caused me to immediately drop the weight on the floor and stand up straight. As i stood up, for a second, i could not move my arm but then i heard another pop and i was able to move it, with a very light pain. So i told my training partner that there's something wrong with my shoulder and planned to head for the doctor immediately.
So while we were on the way i began feeling puck warning-ish and passed out after a couple of minutes. So when i opened my eyes i found 4 men staring at me and upon running my eyes around the place i noticed i was in the hospital, lol. He told me to move my arm here and there and gave me a few medicines for the swelling and told me to go home and not train for a week, cool.
I didn't go to the gym for a week and felt normal. So last week when i went to the gym and started off with working out(i started light) i began feeling a little pain in my shoulder and when i did front raises my joint started making noises so i stopped.
Okay so this was my shoulder subluxation story. Now it's Sunday here and i've been reading alot of posts on forums about shoulder dislocation and subluxation. And according to MOST of them, it will happen again if it has happened before (NOOO!). I do not want this to happen again as i've already f**k*d my lower back up by doing heavy deadlifts with shitty form back when i was 15 years old.
So anyone here have every faced a shoulder disloaction / subluxation? Did it every dislocate again? How did you train after it had happened? What should i do to continue to the way i used to train and not face a dislocation again?
Thanks in advance.
