Over training can result in slower gains, as in a decrease in growth in biceps, tris, etc. Could it be that over training breaks down muscle tissue faster resulting in a slower recovering per body part or prolong muscle soreness. If so hitting body parts that are still some what sore from last work mean less gains in the long run. Seems to me if certain areas in anyones physic seems like it has trouble growing bigger that the muscle group goes dorment because of over training. Should this only apply to those who dont Juice?. Or are we all exeptible to this. So when somebody says that a certain body part wont grow could it be because of over training even if they play by the books? As in proper diet, supps, rest, ect. Any expert advice on this statement , or is this way past reallity. Its just a thought . Mad Dawg!!! :40oz:
