well, deadlift definatly... and im sure that working on a farm is good excercise overall work on cleans too... then you can clean into shoulder press, lower the bar onto your shoulders then squat with it or do lunges hehe....
also pushups, i now enjoy doing pushups with a 45 on my back, it helps me keep my back straight overal, and builds chest and tris
those are just some ideas as to what you might be able to do....
find somethin to do dips on. find some thing to do pull ups on. get a chain and hang weight off of you as you get stronger. do the convential deads and you quads will grow as well with good technique.
