Training at home

well, deadlift definatly... and im sure that working on a farm is good excercise overall :) work on cleans too... then you can clean into shoulder press, lower the bar onto your shoulders then squat with it or do lunges hehe....

also pushups, i now enjoy doing pushups with a 45 on my back, it helps me keep my back straight overal, and builds chest and tris :)

those are just some ideas as to what you might be able to do....
 
find somethin to do dips on. find some thing to do pull ups on. get a chain and hang weight off of you as you get stronger. do the convential deads and you quads will grow as well with good technique.
