training during pct

Hi all,
I'm starting post cycle therapy (pct) in a few days and wanted to make sure the stuff I read about post cycle therapy (pct) before I started the cycle is g2g.

I remember reading on a sticky somewhere that you should greatly reduce the total number of working sets per body part during post cycle therapy (pct) and do only heavy sets. so for example, only 2-4 sets of chest, all like 4-6 reps, so as not overload the cns while cortisol levels are sky high. I already supplement the maximum level of vitamin C recommended (which fights cortisol). Any other tips for making this period easier on the body.

thanks, and if u want to tell, what can I expect physically during post cycle therapy (pct). I'm a tiny bit nervous cause I've read that clomid will make me feel bad and feel like crying all the time. that's all i need at work!
 
I train and try to focus twice as hard and up my protein and cals bro focus like a mofo and post cycle therapy (pct) reactions is variant from user to user fuckin dial tyhat diet down and try to focus and not get frustrated and train your ass off and post cycle therapy (pct) will be succsesful
