Training EOD While Bulking....

I train 5x/week currently. I'm trying to rehab/heal a nagging rear deltoid/infraspinatus strain I've had for a while. I'm tired of working through the pain and dealing with the pwo inflammation. I was thinking about training every other day to help with recovery for a couple months, at least until I stop bulking.

I was wondering if its still possible to pack on muscle with this training frequency, and if I were to change it up should I change my diet at all?

You're not going to like this but I suggest complete rest for awhile. Its never going to heal properly if you don't. I tore my rotator a few years back right in the middle of a cycle. Put me down for 2 months. And even then I had to get back at it slow and its still not right but best as its going to get. The additional damage you could cause just isn't worth it IMO. Good luck.

I appreciate the input. I actually started going to a PT who does ART and Graston Technique to break up scar tissue. Its helping noticeably

Im am just going to go extra light, with high reps, and slow negatives to keep the muscle building process on.
