Training for mass: DogCrap vs. Blood & Guts vs. German Volume!!!!

It's as simple as the thread's title people.
Which of the following three do you think would build the most mass and purely mass?
"DogCrap" training,
"Blood & Guts" training
or
"German High Volume" training???

I'm interested to see what the majority vote is going to be on this one.
And while you don't have to have experience in all three to answer, at least do research on any of the three you're not wholly familiar with before answering.
