training for mass

when training for mass l know you do low reps but when you mean low reps is it like adding weight till you can only do about 1-2 reps or low reps as in doing about 5 reps??? or should you jsut do both on diffrent weeks

if you are constantly doing 1-2 reps you wont have enough "time under tension" to build mass..also dont overlook diet as thats a huge factor in adding size

nothing wrong with doing heavy triples on compund lifts but make sure on other "assistance" type work you re getting between 6-10 reps

use your head and keep it simple-i see many guys in my gym doing 1-2 reps on lat pulls or they need a SPOT for lat pulls...completely retarded..nothing wrong with having a spotter just make sure that its not a team effort to get the weight up

Look at the Sticky THICKEN THE WAIST pullin big. Heavy lifting for mass.
