training intensity

straight up- if you dont feel dead at the end of a workout, you are doing it wrong.

i always lol at people who have no intensity and just do their sets and leave.

thoughts?
 
Intensity Builds Muscle.

Wellllllllll........ eccentric muscle contractions build muscle. There's a point at which you have hit failure with the muscles and you're not going to do much better by continuing to work them. But yeah. Intensity (not volume) builds muscle.
 
i have to disagree with you, training with all out 100% intensity can be counterproductive if you do it every workout.
