I normally trains each bodypart once a week......Is it better to train it twice a week on as due to the faster recovery ?
 
Train as u would otherwise (if ur trainings good that is) and push yourself as hard as you would. Nothing more to it.
 
juice is not some magic potion. if you diet aint right the juice aint gonna do much. you can still overtrain while ON. it takes hard work juice or no juice. I would never recommend someone to use juice unless you been lifting a year or two and have reached a plateu. now if you competing by all means have at it. but for the normal gym rat you can make great gains naturally.
