Hey,I am new at doing in weights and I would like if you can help me, to tell me like when I go to the gym,which muscle ot work out and for how long so I wont over due it.Like for example a friend told me to do chest and bicept one day, back and tricept the second day and shoulder and legs the third day. What would you recommend me to do?is this a good technique?
