Training without weights

Guys I know I may get flamed for even naming a topic as I have, but I'm curious. For certain reasons I can't train with weights at high intensity in an upright positoin so I'm thinking of getting of weights altogether.

Is there an answer or am I better off trying to maintain the smaller mass I have (5'8 180), by doing lower weight high rep training and increasing caloroc intake.

I'm really stupmed here, is there any advice or even training regiment anyone could suggest or recommend?
 
One of these days youre injury will heal wont it?
Go with light weights and higher reps on the injured area, and heavy on the rest. When it heals gradualy increase the weights again.
