traning while on bulk cycle ???

I tend to like cutting the volume in half every 3rd week.

So it's like this:

Week 1 normal volume

Week 2 normal volume

Week 3 half volume

week 4 normal volume

week 5 normal volume

week 6 half volume

The cutting the volume in half while maintaining intensity helps make gains since your body isn't just trying to recover from the workouts.

Depending on how advanced you are, you might want to change workouts every 2-4 weeks. And by changing I mean using a different grip or stance. For example, if you do chins switch to pullups, squats switch to a wider stance, etc. This will keep you doing the same basic lifts but switching it up enough to keep you progressing and challenging the muscles.

sorry for being dumb but
do u mean by volume the no. of sets ????

Volume is total work done, but to reduce volume and maintain intensity with your current workout means cutting sets, yes.

So if you did 4x10 of benchpress, on the low volume weeks simply do 2x10. This gives your body an opportunity for the body to recover a bit, use calories for building muscle instead of simply recovering, and also using hormones for building muscle instead of recovering (for example, too much cortisol steals the building blocks for testosterone).

Sorry about that. I had a brain fart. Yesterday was chinup day; today is bench day. Will be doing that in T minus 90 minutes.

albanasr, you just train normally as u would off the gear....the gear is just added into ur diet and calories are increased...u just train the same, and add more weight to the bar every time as usual....
