Getting prepared to run a cycle and looking for some advice/feedback.
I am 30 and 5'11" About 220lb and about 20% BF. Currently just doing cardio twice a day to try to lower BF while I get organised for cycle. I also don't take protein shakes or pre workouts or anything like that. Eat a fairly clean and balanced diet but will up protein and calorie intake when on cycle.
Planned 10 week cycle
wk 1 - 6 50mg ED dbol
wk 1 - 10 500mg/week Test E + 75mg ED Tren A + 50mg ED Proviron
Also will have Arimdex and nolvadex on hand for any gyno symptoms
PCT
wk 11 - 12 .5mg EOD Arimidex + 20mg ED Nolvadex
wk 13 - 16 10mg ED Nolvadex + 50mg ED Clomid
I am also trying to get some HCG to dose 1000ui/week Monday Thursday for weeks 1-8 then when week 9 - 10 5000ui/wk injected EOD. But I am struggling to find this in Australia.
