Tren A/ Test P routine? Input helps

Hey Guys,
I just took my first inj. Of 150mg Tren A. 70mg Test P. I'm going EOD with these two and I'm looking for more cutting with some bulking. I'm currently 5'9 weighing 173 lbs. morning and 175 lbs. night time.
I've done bulking and enjoyed it for a while.
What would be a good way to cut with SOME size? I realize diet and cardio are big when cutting with Tren but I want a good medium to go off of. Such as Caloric Intake specifications and workout routines that anybody can share. I have a pretty small lower abdomin gut going on and I want it gone. I've read Tren is a pretty great boost in Fat Burning if done right.
Any Input helps guys!

I know steroids don't burn fat.
If you go back and read it again you will see it says 'Boost' in fat burning. Diet and all play a big factor. We all know this. Tren, however, bonds directly to Androgen Receptors. Which increase anabolic activity and CAN also have a direct INFLUENCE on fat loss. Key word, Influence.
It also blocks glucocorticoid hormones. Aka, Fat promoting hormones

Don't all Anabolic Androgenic Steroids bind to SHBG and/or Androgen Receptors when not floating freely in the blood stream? Tren isn't special in this regard.

Tren is good for nutrient partitioning -- better than many other types of AAS. That is a positive in helping you get the most out of a cycle and diet. It will also promote muscle growth when training and diet are in place which will increase your metabolism and thus help you lower boidy fat over time.

But it kind of sounded like you were looking for a fat burning steroid in your post. Tren isn't "Scrubbing Bubbles". :)
 
from what ive read on Tren and tested through my own cycles. In a calorie defecit you can lose fat and MAINTAIN muscle. on a calorie maintenance you can lose fat and gain SOME muscle and then with a calorie surplus you can lean gain some mass.

This is a little vague so dont hold it as gospel

This would apply to any type of AAS. Even the King of them all, testosterone.

I am doing what you talk about with a maintenance intake using Deca and Test. I've done it before and I will put back on my MM lost due to layoff and with a touch of aerobics loose the little bit of fatty tissue at my belly. I'm not fat and don't have a gut, just some unwanted tissue at my abs.

your asking about 'calorie' intake, diet, and workout routines .. AFTER your first injection ! don't you think you should of had your diet and training absolutely dialed in BEFORE you jumped on the gear.
 
Tren is the only one that can burn a light amount of fat. But still correct steroids don't burn fat and aren't meant for burning fat.

by what mechanism exactly does it burn fat ?? Tren has nutrient partitioning characters, it allows the user to continue to build muscle even while in a calorie deficit . . the calorie deficit is what enables the body to burn fat.
 
Actually steroids are involved in lipolysis, however it is at a rather low level. A study involving numerous young men on 150-600mg of Test C (or Test E, can't rememeber) per week, showed a decrease in body fat of 1-2pounds in 18 weeks when they were not physically active (other then walking, light activity, etc). Those on 600mg gained 16-20pounds of muscle (While NOT even lifting weights!) confirmed by a dexa-scan, shows you how powerful this stuff really is doesn't it?

However more importantly the best use of gear is re-composition, that is eating maintenance or slightly below (200 calories or so) and lifting (or not as can be seen above) in-order to push the body body to respond by decreasing body fat and adding muscle (Something not possible as a natural, other then in the first 6-12months of lifting). In-fact while on gear you can eat at a larger deficit then 500 calories and still gain muscle.

This information is only really relevant for everything other then Tren. Tren is a whole new beast and vet research suggests some sort of suppression of de novo lipogenesis (conversion of glucose to fat).

Also, Don't fuckin use DNP (Just encase you were considering it)

Abstract

BACKGROUND:
Athletes often take androgenic steroids in an attempt to increase their strength. The efficacy of these substances for this purpose is unsubstantiated, however.

METHODS:
We randomly assigned 43 normal men to one of four groups: placebo with no exercise; testosterone with no exercise; placebo plus exercise; and testosterone plus exercise. The men received injections of 600 mg of testosterone enanthate or placebo weekly for 10 weeks. The men in the exercise groups performed standardized weight-lifting exercises three times weekly. Before and after the treatment period, fat-free mass was determined by underwater weighing, muscle size was measured by magnetic resonance imaging, and the strength of the arms and legs was assessed by bench-press and squatting exercises, respectively.

RESULTS:
Among the men in the no-exercise groups, those given testosterone had greater increases than those given placebo in muscle size in their arms (mean [+/-SE] change in triceps area, 424 +/- 104 vs. -81 +/- 109 square millimeters; P < 0.05) and legs (change in quadriceps area, 607 +/- 123 vs. -131 +/- 111 square millimeters; P < 0.05) and greater increases in strength in the bench-press (9 +/- 4 vs. -1 +/- 1 kg, P < 0.05) and squatting exercises (16 +/- 4 vs. 3 +/- 1 kg, P < 0.05). The men assigned to testosterone and exercise had greater increases in fat-free mass (6.1 +/- 0.6 kg) and muscle size (triceps area, 501 +/- 104 square millimeters; quadriceps area, 1174 +/- 91 square millimeters) than those assigned to either no-exercise group, and greater increases in muscle strength (bench-press strength, 22 +/- 2 kg; squatting-exercise capacity, 38 +/- 4 kg) than either no-exercise group. Neither mood nor behavior was altered in any group.

CONCLUSIONS:
Supraphysiologic doses of testosterone, especially when combined with strength training, increase fat-free mass and muscle size and strength in normal men.
 
I dont know what the science is. I can say for sure when using tren vs other compounds the fat comes off and the muscle goes on way easier
