So I'm starting this cycle in about 2 weeks.
Im 180 pounds and about 13 body percent and trying to gain mass while losing a little body fat. I will post a log of the food I eat and my workouts daily. Any advice like how much cardio I should do and how many calories, carbs and protein I should have? How many reps would you recommend? I would like to add some definition.
