Tren and Fat Loss

I am 31 and on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) fro life, I have done blast and cruise for about two years now. I have been cruising for about 8 weeks now after a 12 week 500wk test / 500wk npp blast. I am currently cutting to help make my abs more visible. I am currently 190 and planning on cutting down to 185 before starting to bulk again. I have been reading about tren and have acquired some from AML. My plan is to start at 500wk test with 200wk tren and see how that goes with the sides. I know some people say tren higher than the test but I think I am more comfortable with this for now.

My question is, should I keep cutting and be happy with my BF% BEFORE I start the tren or can I just go ahead and start bulking again and hope the tren helps with the BF ?

I say cut first, then start gear and bulk. Diet is what will determine how much fat you gain. Tren does help but it's mostly diet. If you want to do it right, hit up 3j.
 
I did Tren/Prop twice and lost a total of 47 lbs.

So Tren DOES burn fat.

I went from a size 42 to a size 36 jeans, and leaned the fuck out.

Sides from Tren suck though

You changed your diet though, didn't you? Congrats on the big loss, but this wasn't JUST the compound, was it?
 
if you are going to do a tren cycle remember that it is always better to do more tren than test. it gives you a lot better results. I have done my share of tren and believe me the sides are so much better doing more tren and less test.

I did cardio 5 times a week in the AM, but nothing different than I did prior to the cycle.

I cut out a LOT of drinking, but I still indulge on chips, pizza, etc.

Jan 1st of this year I started another cycle, leaned out alot more but have NOT lost 1 lb on the scale.

But my clothes are so loose on me, had to take my pants in twice.

So Im def burning fat.

Nice man! I asked as I'm dropping weight ridiculously fast right now, but I've made a drastic change with the help of 3J on top of tren. I've always been able to do crazy amounts of cardio, but if I'm still consuming 6-7k calories a day, that's not going to do much for the fat loss haha. Thanks for sharing your experience! :)

Grats on your loss. Tren does burn fat but not like diet or below maintenance calories do. You changing your lifestyle and working hard in the gym was what gave you the fat loss.

Steroids are an aid and amplifies your efforts in the kitchen, gym and lifestyle. It's like all those ignorant fucks who try to discredit your hard work by negatively saying you are on roids. Like you inject, ate pizza/ice cream for every meal and sat on the couch all day...getting ripped and huge.
