Ok, Been a bit bad with my diet over the last year... way too much booze bad food and too many missed days at the gym had seen my fat % go up and strength stamina down, anyhow on a major Cut up which so far have started with a completely modded diet, boring as hell but I know from experience i stick to it 12 weeks I will be shredded... Diet involves "pretty much the same everyday" Breakfast oats, before lunch tuna and brown bread dry, lunch will be chicken or beef in any non fatty non carby salsa... with intergral rice, 2 protien shakes daily with non fat milk and breaded chicken or beef cutlets for the evening... not much variety but i have the will to eat the same daily with slight variations for the next 12 weeks.... now for the cycle
Have not cycled for many years.. Done a few when I was younger mainly bulk cycles, I am running 100mg tren 100mg prop 100mg mast EOD, plus 25mcg t3 daily should be sufficent enough of a dose to maintain muscle, if not will make it ED, running genshi cut stack,.
Been dieting a week .. what i have noticed more is my arms have lost size and waist has grown due to the over drinking and over eating from last year... I am now back on track and drink free!!! only problem is had a torn ligament on my knee which needs surgery So i can only work legs On the machines women use until i have the time to take off for a op and recovery

waist 40.5 .... Now this is where i have really changed always been a 33 maybe 34 on bulk maximum!!! still using the same size jeans but i can feel the pull...
arm 16.25 last year were 17.5 but under training and bad diet has led to this
weight 220lbs spot on!
As of Aug 24th "today" after 4 shots of Genshi and 5 training days my stats are as follows
chest 43.5
neck 17.1
waist 39.5 woooow 1 inch gone in a week!! keep this up 8 weeks should be back to before
arm 16.5 still way more to go
thigh 25.5 these should be at least 28,
weight 221lbs, interesting 1lb more weight... but chest arms and neck are bigger waist is smaller, miniscule differences i know.. but will see how this runs next week... If i could stick to 220lbs but cut my bf % should be good i am currently around 18% bodyfat... will be cutting to a nice healthy 10 or 11%, I think ideal weight for me should be 196lbs - 200lbs
