Tren with Deca, experiences?

next week hopefully will be a dif story, already getting the libido effect, i eat alot already as is, i can suck down alot of food, so food is not an issue with me, its the other way around staying disipline while i was chopping the bf ( caloric deficit) was tough as nails but got threw the long haul cut :)
strength is building up abit this week, so next week should be the start on the bind and the deca ride :)

on top of my TRT test that i will increase to 250mg/wk instead of 100mg trt dose

I can't wait to start this bulk... we'll be running pretty much the same thing but my EQ will be dosed around 1g for 16+ weeks
 
nice bro, suggest u hit up 3J, like i was saying in my other post, the things we think our diet is spot on but in reality it really isnt, i was amazed when he sent me over the plan and the important shit we are missing out of our diet, the amount of fat, carb timing ect ect, he has an awesome carb cycling plan bro that i am currently on :) try 3J out before u start your bulk to get the maximum gains, as like myself i couldnt be happier and its just the start, he makes prepping and dieting easy bro!
 
Let the Dieting Guru's do the work, and follow suit and do the work yourself too, and the gains will be on top :0)
what they get paid to do, why they are well educated in nutrition, and "we" think we are but the small things we think of are big things our body's are missing building quality muscle :)

i've used 3j service and i suggest it to everyone, but i personally don't find necessary to have a coach unless I'm preping for a show and that isn't happening since i don't plan on getting on stage till i feel i can win
 
Matt let the deca kick in and watch your strength and size go crazy . Deca is so awesome . It's almost winter anyways save your tren for spring ;)
 
yeah its getting there, did back tonight and wanted to test out the strength, did 5 plates for deads for 3 reps not bad :)
 
sorry cant edit my post for some reason, but yes, that was after my whole back routine, i was already pretty spent, but got it up which i was suprised but didnt wanna sike myself out lol, went good tho, joints feeling great like i didnt even lift shit, i forgot that feeling, been awhile since i have run deca or should i say npp
 
i agree, with these post, i will just ride the deca train for 16 to 20 weeks then come spring and summer i will run some tren again :), thanks dudes
