Triceps Tedonitis? can't perform extension workouts

Hello everybody and the board. This is your good ol' Angrymuscles coming to you back from the past.

I come to you with a problem regarding my left triceps tendon.

It basically pops when I do any kind of triceps extension workouts and as I progress through the exercise, pain emits from it and it gets worse as I keep on going.

I've read a few about the problem and well, I have rested a long time and still suffer from it.

I have no problems with any kind of pressing movements whether light or heavy and pushdowns are no probs too.

Anyone here with the same dilemma?

Curious, what exercise started it and how
long did you rest it?
