I just saw on tv where anna nicole smith lost like 80lbs using a dietary supplement called, trimspa...I just visited the website....does anyone here know anything about this product? Any recommendations?

IMO it reminds me too much of the overpriced overadvertised MuscleTech gimmicks... .. only a female version.
your best bet to reach your goals rather than relying on pricy supps as such..is strict diet and cardio. an addition of a basic ECA stack will help with energy and metabolism...
its takes dedication to get there..not some magic pill,,

Trim Spa worked great for me, definetly the best fat burner i've ever tried. it curbs your appetite slightly more than most other fat burners (at least for me), i would recommend it. it does make you jittery tho.
if you are shopping for it, make sure you get the Original Formula that contains ephedra, the other stuff is crap
