Trough and Peak TT levels...

is he talking about one single injection or a cycle??

if he is talking about 1 single injection you are correct.. about 48 hours in

I inject twice a week (every 3.5 days) and injected at 1:00 am before going to sleep, had a doctors appointment the next morning at 9:00 am and was not aware my doctor was going to want to take bloods. I am just curious if the TT results I got were at the top of a spike or more of a trough reading.

it will be higher than it would at 3.5 days out..

when injecting twice a week you always want to do bloods the morning of the day you inject next...

Thanks!

I went to see him about my pre-diabetes issue and was not expecting him to do blood work for TT since he had done them a month before.

No one puts a gun to your head to report to the lab... Next time just wait lol

Any chance you could just be honest with him and say I just injected "X" number of hours ago and I dont want the results tilted because of that ..... ?

I guess I am just lucky and seem to have a pretty decent relationship with my doc ....

It really isn't a big deal, I got results back yesterday morning and my TT was at 950, I was only asking because I wanted to know if my results would be considered a trough reading or a peak reading.
