Every time I check my BP at tge supermarket (They have an electronic BP machine) depending on the time of day I'm at 120 to 135 over 70 to 80. However, I don't know how accurate it is. The reason being that when any doc wants to check my BP they can't because my arm is too big: Biceps 45cm (17.7 inches). I've got fat but not so much that I would imagine it getting in the way of BP testing. When I had my hernia surgery they brought out an older manual BP kit. I was at 110 over 75 most of the time, but I was also in bed resting. Are my arms that big or is this just a Japanese thing with the average size being smaller?
Also, should BP be checked regularly while on TRT? How and when do you check? Are the specific times to have it checked? Should BP on TRT be the same as if not on TRT? What are the limits for you personally? Other than pharma meds are there any specific supplements used to help lower BP?
I don't think I have a BP issue but thought I'd ask those, who like me, are on TRT.
