Trt dosage and general results and where I'm at....

So I'm curious as to trt dosage and expectant total test results. I know many variables exist and people are different I'm just looking for a basic range for typical doses. Ex: 200mg of cypionate every two weeks, 400mg every two weeks...ect.

I started at 400mg once a month for 3 months. I was super low to begin with and didn't feel much in these on e a month shots. I'm now doing 400mg every two weeks... This shows some promise as I feel much better. Granted a specialist was astounded at the doses and surprised my limbido was not excessive. Am I an exception to the norm? Why with theses doses would I still experience low sex drive and less than desirable e.d. Issues...?

Specialist understood that I actually felt a difference at 400 every two weeks as opposed to once a month but expressed concern about hemocrit.... He said if it gets to high they just adjust the dosage to bring the hemocrit back into range. I know about donating blood to assist in controlling it. Any thoughts....

Standard TRT dosage is 100-200mg per week of testosterone cypionate or enanthate. That puts guys in the normal range.

Pinning once a month or even once every 2 weeks is terrible. You get really high peaks and low troughs. At a minimum you need to pin once a week to even out your hormone levels. A lot of us pin twice a week.

I hope you are using an AI on your current protocol as you almost certainly have high estradiol shortly after you pin.

Also, the reasons for wanting to pin (inject) once a week is because Testosterone's half-life, or the time it takes to wear off I suppose, is 5-7 days variably. So, a week after pinning, you're running of the T that has "built up" inside you. 2 weeks after pinning, no matter the dosage, you're going to feel not great coming into your next bi-weekly shot. Go off of what Megatron said, I just thought that you might of liked that explained.

Yep, switching from once a week to twice a week made a world of difference for me.
