true or false?

On the photos of the 1-16 weeks, the first dudes head looks photoshopped to me.

Maybe its possible with arnolds genetics, first cycle with a nice dose, and a PERFECT diet. But unlikely.

I agree with Mag.. compare the head color vs the body in the first picture when that guy was skinny... color is veyr different.

IMO rather than relying on some "miracle" or "secrettips" stick to the basics, train hard eat lots of clean food and get plenty of rest. and be PATIENT. takes time to reach your goals.

In the video documentary that was done involving him, he failed the lie detector test when asked whether he'd used gear or not over the course of his gains. Makes sense to me.

This guy was so cranked. He said that he had been previously working out for the past couple years without results. Then all of a sudden a dramatic change. HHHHMMMM I wonder.

whats to say he didnt take longer and save the paper from that day? Also whats to say he didnt gear up and make claims on being natural to make money... also as some of you menchined it could also be photoshopped.

lots of stuff to take into account.

the 15 pop ups i got when i closed the window tell me its a money making scheme.. lolz... but... with a good diet and proper lifting technique lots of possible.
