Ive been reading alot about it, and i just finished up my musle milk. Im looking to go with TP, but am confused on what i need.
im looking for little to no carbs for my daily shakes, so im thinking the cold iso. 100% whey? is there any other kind i should get for my pre/post workout shakes?
