Just wondering from anyone who uses true protein, how many scoops should i put for it to be 60g's of protein per shake with the milk. i just don't know because it doesn't really specify how many scoops is the 23g one serving and i don't really want to get the scale.

I'm pretty sure that one "standard" scoop is 72 cc. Depending on which protein product you use, one scoop is roughly 25 grams of protein. You are probably getting about 10 grams of protein in the milk (see the milk carton and use a measuring cup to figure out exactly how much). So, 2 scoops of powder in milk is probably about 60 grams of protein.

Excellent reply. Spot on.

It depends on the protein you ordered, but 25 is about right for most of the isolate.
