True Protein's Red Scoop

I just got my order in from True Protein, and was wondering how many grams of protein are in one scoop (red). I bought two different formulas, would it change between the two? Thanks

a blend like eggwhite and casein will be a little different than whey isolate. also plain whey isolate will be different than flavored whey isolate with additives like aminogen, etc....but the differences are very insignificant.

youre lookin at about 20g protein per full scoop.

get a food wt scale and just wieght the powder out that way. every scoop you take out the package is goin to be differnt. just wt it.
