Current weight as of the 17th was 210.0...im guessing im still around 18-20% I believe I was closer to 25% when I started..F ing max muscle idiot pinched me and told me 15% back then I have supplement issues every time I think about that...I really had no clue about shit until I got on this board...3j is the bomb though I have never eaten this clean...I have called him all sorts of names not allowing any parts of a pig in my diet..lol...I had a bad couple of weeks on the diet...beer..nachos..polish sausage..cotton bowl...xmas...uhg Im sure I would be even further without those. I ended my cycle short on the 17th 11weeks had some bloods come in showing wbc high and a couple other things off so I got to figure that one out first! I was on Prop 150mg 3Xweek..homebrew but was very good stuff...test was >1500 so definately not underdosed. Starting post cycle therapy (pct) this thurs...appreciate the compliments.
 
Went back to gym on 1/17 in afternoon to do my legs...had to do light weight but still got a good workout...legs were smashed from morning run
