TSH results are in! what do you make of them?

Went to the endo as expected he threw the talk of testosterone out the window. My T was 367ng. He said if it was under 150 he would be concerned.
However he was concerned of my symptoms and wanted to do a tsh test along with adrenal gland test.
My TSH was 1.39 mclntunits ref. .34-5.60
Is this a decent number?
Still waiting on adrenal gland test

When I get home I'll give you the correct name of the test for the adrenal glands. Doc said it was a pretty lengthy test and usually takes a week to get back.

It's called a metanephrin test

My metanephrine test came back solid as well.
normetanephrine .49 expected <.90
Metanephrine .20 expected <.50

My second t test
347ng range 298-1020mg

Confused as to what to do now. Do I just suck it up and live with the symptoms or pursue trt through a clinic.
I've now had 2 doctors tell me that raising my t will not make any difference in the way I feel yet I have read so many positive reviews on here as well as other sites.
