Two shots a week

I have blood work Friday and then I am going to start next week taking two shots one on Mon AM and Thurday PM. I will then have blood work again in a month I have been taking a shot every Friday and having my blood work on Friday morning. What day should I go now for blood work? Will I see much of a change in my test levels right now I am staying in the 700 at the end of 7 days?
I am going to try this because I have seen me E2 go from 14 to now 54. I am still not taking any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and would like to keep it that way.

Usually have bloods done the day your shot is due. Before you take it of course.

Right now I am on 140mg e7d. I am thinking of taking it up to 150mg divided into 2 shots a week. I have been very tired the last few weeks not sure if its because my E2 levels are up or what is going on. I will be going to my Endo next month he has been out of the country do to a family death.

200mg per CC split in to twice a week shots. Works well for me so far.

I dont think that will do much, I would HIGHLY rec exemestane it will higher yoru test a bit, lower estrogen but not too much to where it will cause an issue like how letro can if you over do it.

I am starting up STAN from RUI in place of the Letro I usually use in my lab studies. I normally go with letro but I am gonna just pay the bit more and give it a go its been a while.

I really rec you look in to an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I am not sure splitting it upmore than one time a week will do much. you could do both maybe if it dont work.

Yes going 100mg 2x/week is a good plan to change to. It will raise your trough and lower your peaks significantly. Your estrogen won't be as high, but it will raise twice a week instead of one. Thus a lower total and also more stable level.
