Tim Sylvia was supposed to fight tonight and got nailed on a drug test yesterday. It was the second time he tested positive. That sucks !! With all the attention lately that can't help a bit. So anyone else getting the fight tonight. Tito Ortiz vs Chuck Liddell ?

What a dumbass , he already tested positive once. Hes a idiot, what did he think? That they werent gonna test him again?
 
Already ordered it... just waiting for the beer to arive along with all the other MMA followers in town =P
 
I read it was trace elements remaining in his fat cells from the original positive test. He tested positive for trace elements six months ago too.

Man I dont know if Tito is on gear but he has probably tried it before and I will bet my life Vitor Belfort is a juice mofo too.
 
guys let's not be naieve(sp?) here, the majority of all pro athletes are juicing! we all know this but continue to ask the same questions, "i wonder if so in so os using?" let's all realize that these guys are all playing on a level playing field which means chemical enhancement....
 
tito definitely took steroids.
i read a previous interview of his with boxinginsider.com where he brags about training 8hrs a day, 6 days a week.would that be possible without at least a little chemical assistance?
in his latest interview on the same site he says that he doesn't train that hard anymore,must be taking time "off".

the same site has an interview with ken shamrock about the whole sylvia debacle.it is ridiculous how he goes on about how bad steroids is for not only mma as a sport but for the whole world!?
would Anyone actually believe that ken shamrock himself, during the infancy of the ufc or his pro wrestling career, NEVER took steroids?
 
just because somebody is in good shape doesnt mean he took gear
it seems as soon as somebody juices they think thats the only way for someone to get big and ripped beleive it or not there are some guys who work there asses off for everything they have
 
Deca can be detected in the fat stores for a long while. I dont know if that was it but just sayn. Also Vitor Belfort came in the last fight way more muscular. I dont know about Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) but it was a hell of a transformation everyone saw that. Who cares if they use. If I were them I were. Hey their pros if you dont use it it may cost you...
 
I think Sylvia will say it was trace, or that he used a precursor. Either way he fucked up. As far as all mma fighters being "on", this is not an absolutley positive thing. I am sure some guys are on, but I have a few close friends that train like complete animals, and it is surely overtrainig, but they are able to do it, and still maintain thier size and endurance. Some people are freaks. I just dont think it is fair to say that Tito defiantely took juiice because he trains like a freak,
 
I agree. Just for the record, unless you drew it up for them and shot it for them you'll never know whats going on !!!
 
FUCK!!!!!!!!! I forgot all about the damn fight until just now...ive been waiting for a year for them guys to duke it out and it finally happens, and im going to miss it....what time does it start ??? Im going to have to go with tito on this one, iceman is good but, i think tito has him outmatched..

i agree with you but just because you take gear doesn't mean you don't STILL have to work your ass off even if you do posess perfect genetics.
in order to have such a physique, strength, endurance and the ability to take the amount of punishment these guys take in training you need to be very analytical about the sport which means invariably that the option of juice creeps into the equation.
