unbalanced lats

I noticed my lats are so unbalanced right lat is more developed than the left one.

For back workout I stick to lat pulls front and behind the back. And pull ups sometimes.

Also deadlifts and barbell rows.

Maybe I should go light and focus on my form again?

What do u recommend?

I was told that if you just stick with your routine that the one that is lacking will eventually catch up to the other.......not sure how true that is

i wouldn't stop doing bent over rows and lat pulldowns/pullups completely, but scale them back with the weight and sets for a while and add in some one arm horizontal cable pulls and vertical pulls. also some bent over dumbbell rows. try this for about 2 months. don't do less with the more developed side though, push them both equally. however if you are more concerned with strength and aesthetics, i would forego this and continue doing what you're doing. the other side will eventually catch up. remember one side is always larger/longer than the other. shouldn't be that drastic of a difference though.

What's up man, pull-ups. And a generous amount of them. W/ weight preferably to sustain and build mass. Anytime your sustained above gravity and your using your back to produce a forward motion, your body has to adjust and your back does this by incorporating Type I fibers much more than in a seated position. When these type fibers are utilized, they will shift and break/repair/expand accordingly to make up for a lagging muscluar area. Continuous use of them, when doing pull-ups, will make your muscular positioning reform to the frequent lift. Hope this helps.

try throwing in some dumbell rows, could also try and use back/hammer strength machines to try and even them out. honestly though I wouldn't sweat it too much
