So, I posted awhile back, but wanted to keep those of you up to date about what a fat guy can do on a cycle.
I started at 280, and I wore about a size 38-40 waist. I was large, and felt terrible.
I started this cycle 6 weeks ago, and I do about 450 Prop EOD. When I started I really didnt know to much about gear or anything, and I hear "all you do is read and look up shit about it all the damn time" from my girl everyday since. I got my nolva on the way, by the way.
Ive lost 20 lbs, and my shoulders and back are shredded. Im fitting in most 36s now, and man I feel great. I can run circles around people at work. I found a dude at my gym who is about 6'3 240 and the dude is a beast so I made him my partner. I workout 6 days a week, for about 1.75 hours a day. I live this shit right here.......
I still got a gut, but man, if shit on my body keeps changing like this...It is going to a great summer. I stop by my moms to give her a kiss, and had to tell her I was spending Thanksgiving at my girls. She was sad, but she was like what the heck happen to your shoulders. lol
I hear it when I go out, people at work are like your on steroids, and I reply not so...
I know I got along way to go, but it is motivation seeing changes in the mirror. Im stoked.
I am new to lifting heavy weight like I am doing now. This is what my bench squat and deadlift look like.
Bench 365 (big chest, short arms) I know I know lol
Squat 315 5 sets of 5-6
deadlift 315 also.
My squat will go up, I am just not used to doing them. Is this normal? Ive been working out for about 2 months, and does it really make everyone get the results like I am getting?
After the first I am starting my PCT, and I might go heavy for two weeks after to keep some gains. I am then joining my buddies MMA gym, and I am going to cut the rest.
My diet is low carbs(-125 a day) high protein(+250 a day)
Only good fats except on cheat day.
Everyset till failure and then two
At least 20 mins cardio a day, and I have to admit.. It would be more, but at first I was worried about having some kind of heart issue.
I guess my question, and a topic for responses...What should I do now?
What is the best source for learning about bodybuilding, and how to keep improving?
Right here?
