upper chest

Bump for Pullinbig and other experienced ones.

Just my .02, but I've found that once I go past about 30-35 degrees, I start hitting more anterior delt than chest.
 
i dont do inclines. its kinda hard not to hit the whole chest when doing flat bench of dips. some folks just got it that way. genetics. it will catch up. some guys only do inclines and no flat. i never hear them say my lower pecs are not developed. quit looking in the mirror and focus on getting stronger and you will grow. i promise.
