Upper & lower back excersises ?

upper- all kinds of rows

lower- deads, goodmornings, and dead variations, pullthroughs.
 
Like jcp said, for Back Width (upper) Lat Pulldowns, Chins, Rack Chins for Back Thickness (lower to middle) Deads, Rack Deads, Bent Rows, T-Bar Rows...
 
which one do you use to pump off at the end of the training and which ones at the begining?
