upright rows !

I prefer standing bar curls and prefer ez preacher curls. Every other week I alternate with dumbbells
 
I do both straight bar and ez curl bar for bicep curls. One week I'll use the straight bar, the next week I'll use the ez curl bar.
 
for upright rows i use streight bar but its kina harsh on the wrists... for bicepts i do streight bar curls, as well as preacher curls with the ez-curl bar. its all about preference id rather lose a little in my workout than have to sit out a workout because of an injury.
 
I would highly recommend the e-z bar for curls...Whenever I use a barbell, my wrists feel quite sore afterwards. But I prefer using dumbells for doing my curls standing up, and hammer curls.
