Using gear that will tighten your skin (for loose skin)

So, one of the supposed benefits of HGH is that it will tighten your skin.

I'm coming off a cut where I lost a tremendous amount of weight I'd been carrying from my football days, resulting in some excess skin. Of course, I know I'm young (23) and that my skin still has some elasticity to it, and that I can try to build some mass to fill out that loose skin. That being said...

is there anything else out there right now that has the secondary effect of tightening your skin? I don't have anywhere near the money for an HGH cycle, nor do I think I would want to get on it right now if I did. Is there any other juice that anyone else has tried (or heard of) that has similar effects?

2 friends with excess fat loss had to have surgery for the excess skin.

HGH isn't recommended for someone young, save that for when your old and I don't think it is going to tighten up the skin as you might think.

Your right on that border age where in just a year + it would be ideal to run a cycle of juice(not HGH).

I really don't have an answer for ya... but I don't think any steroids hold skin tightening abiilities unless you coun't the muscle growth to fill in space.

I am a young guy to. Did my first steroid cycle at 23. No ill effects. Hgh is for the advanced bodybuilder. It produces new muscle fibers beyond your natural limitation, this is often a misconception of AAS. AAS only dramatically enhance your muscle building capabilities but your genetic makeup still has a large say so in how big you get. Hgh slaps your genes in the face and tells your muscles to actually produce new muscle fibers. Look at ifbb bodybuilders in the 70's vs the guys now. Arnold was at his max human potential and couldn't pull out half of the muscles jay can. Just my opinion!

Yeah, I don't mean for this thread to become anything about my age and how that might affect a cycle. Age aside, I'm just curious if there are any compounds that exist that would exert that skin-tightening effect, for a cycle I may be researching to do however distant in the future that may be.

I found that Primo/Winstrol was really good for tighening skin.
Mainly Winstrol.

I did a 10week cycle of winstrol @ only 100mg a week.. and i noticed A HUGE difference of fat/skin around my hip area gone.. i could actully tense and see bone!!!

i doubt your skin actually shrinks... probably water and fat reduction from Winstrol (winny). your best bet is surgery my friend.

Are you sure it was actually tightening of skin, and not fat or water reduction like the other guy said?

And to everyone else, the amount of loose skin I have is minimal. I've showed it to some people and they don't even think I would be a candidate for surgery (for those who suggested that route). That being said, we're all perfectionists here, so I'm sure you all understand that anything less than 'tight' fitting skin is not really acceptable to me. Hence, why I am asking if there are supplemental ways to tighten this skin, in addition to the natural suggestions that have already been mentioned (i.e. build muscle, stay +/- 5 lbs, etc). I figure HGH can't be the only thing to have a contributing effect.

You're sure its mostly loose skin? I'm sure if you think you have loose skin you do have some, but 99% of the time there is still a layer of fat under there to be lost; I know when I lost 70lbs I was constantly paranoid about my lower stomach fat that had a slight sag to it... then as I entered single digit fat, it disappeared. If the skin is thicker than the skin on your elbow, then perhaps you're not totally fucked and needing surgery yet?

Well no. There is, of course, still fat left to lose. That's my first goal, is getting a little leaner and evaluating from there.

It's comforting to hear you lost 70 lbs and had no lose skin. I lost pretty much the same amount... I got tested recently via calipers (via a trainer who has her CSCS, so I assume her measurements were on point), and came in at 12.7%. Not super lean, I know, and I might be be on the high end of the reading, but still. I guess I just expected to have less body fat on my stomach at this bf%, but I guess maybe I do have to wait until single digits to more accurately gauge it...?
