I'm now on week 10 of a 13 week 500mg/week test.e cycle.
I introduced anavar 2 weeks ago at 90mg/day with the intention of running it until post cycle therapy (pct) at week 15.
However, my sleep is really suffering from it. It takes me hours to fall asleep, even thought I'm tired and when I wake up I feel exhausted. Up until now I have slept very well on this cycle, with no problems.
I space my anavar out in 3 doses per day 30mg @ 7am, 30mg @ 3pm and 30mg @ 10pm (before bed)
What should I do? Should I drop the anavar from my cycle? Or play around with the dosage and dosage times? i.e. Should I drop the dosage down to 60mg and just hit it all in the morning? Or skip the dose before bed?
Any advice is appreciated. I really want to finish up the anavar whilst I'm on cycle (I don't plan to cycle again) but I don't want it to mess up my training and my daily work performance. Today I feel like I can't function from lack of sleep.
