Varicocle surgery at 22 yrs old help!!

Well I went to the doctor at 21 and found out my Total t count was at 315. My free testosterone has always been right on the high end of the range so I have never had any syntoms of low t I believe. My Sperm count was at 9 million and 3 months after the surgery it jumped up to 20 million and ever since the surgery my total t has stayed the same but now my free t is at 60 on a range of 12 - 30 and my shbg is low and so it my estradiol. My urologist said my total wont raise cuz my body free t is fine . Sound right? From Ca btw

Out of curiosity did insurance cover your Varicocle surgery? I've always wondered if you have low T if this surgery would raise your T levels.
