Vegetarian high quality protein options while dieting ?

What are my options when I am dieting @ 1100 calories, with 185 grams of Protein and 140 Calories from Carbohydrates ?
Preferably low in Carbs.
Don't have access to tofu and Temph and can't eat more then 4 eggs, which I am currently doing because of digestion issues.

Currentyl my protein intake is from chicken breast and eggs only.

Do, see if you can search for posts by 'Juced_porkchop'. He was a big vegetarian and had impressive results
 
The vegetarian diet is very destructive to your health.

Agreed, why are you looking for vegetarian protein sources only? I see chicken in your diet. Go get urself some Talapia, its an amazing protein source while dieting.
Firstly, it's really hard to eat that much non-veg for me ( don't really like the taste of boiled chicken ) :P secondly for the variety in the diet (taste wise) thirdly the veg food is cheaper.
I am not looking to replace Eggs and Chicken, but currently I am eating like, 4 whole Eggs and 700 grams of chicken every day, so just wan to add something veg for the taste and all.
