I found the diet on TNation, Biotests own website, so of course its going to tell you to use there products, all 3 of the supplements are 100 bux all together, I was woundering if I could get off cheaper and maybe with better products? Never tried Biotest shit before..

umm I feel like this should be ez so im feeling dumb by asking but how do i know how much of each ingredient to put in??

heres the list:

just get however many pounds you want of MPI. Milk Protein Isolate is 80% casein 20% whey, so technically its already "mixed" for you.

If you want great taste, use the "New Premium Flavors". All you have to do with these is choose which flavor you want.

If you want protein on the cheap, just use their "Free Flavors". With these, you have to choose which flavor you want, as well which sweetener. When I used the free flavors I just used sucralose (splenda). But if you have a different preference, go with what you like.

As far as teh carbs go, i would just add ground oatmeal in the shake when needed for a meal replacement shake. PWO you can use dextrose, maltodextrin, or whatever.

For PWO, I personally use a scoop of MPI, a scoop of gatorade powder (which is mainly dextrose) and a bagel. For MRPs I use MPI, plus oatmeal, peanut butter or canola oil, and sometimes fruit, wheat germ, etc. By not ordering the products mixed together you are not locked into a certain blend, you can mix and match however you want.

If you wanted them pre-mixed when you ordered, I would probably do 50% MPI and 50% maltodextrin or waxy maize for an MRP shake. That way 30g of the mix would give you a little less than 15g of protein/carbs. For PWO I would do 25% MPI 35% dextrose 40% maltodextrin. This comes out to a 3:1 protein:carb ratio - 4 scoops would give you about 90g carbs 30g protein. But like I said, I would rather order just protein, and use store-bought carbs.

ephedrine (for diet, etc.) is pretty much illegal and you won't find it packaged that way but there IS A LOOPHOLE... it's still ok to buy and sell for bronchial problems or asthma. Look for it over the counter at your local pharmacy/drug store, etc.. it's called Bronkaid. It contains 25mg's of ephedrine. Take one of those, one caffeine tab (vivrin generic), and 1 325mg aspirin tab... best fat burner available and the whole combo will only cost you a few bucks.

and the asprin isnt necesary. even if you were to use it, i would use the 81mg st johns baby asprin.

Hot rox blew, Biotest used to have some good products before the pro hormone ban, but now I think most of thier stuff is trash.

I honestly just get it because it kicks ass if you have sinus problems, it's comparible to this prescription sinus med they used to have that got discontinued. In order for it to help with weight loss, you still need to have your diet in check and all that shit, it's not magic, but it will, for sure, help.
(The biggest help for me when losing wieght is the fact that it almost stops your appetite, at least in some people)


EDIT: Also if you've never used it before, i would cut a 25mg pill in half and start with that to get a feel for it, it really wreaks havoc on some people, especially if you have any kind of anxiety issues.

I think that Excedrin has both aspirin and caffeine in it.

excedrin extra strength has 65mg, which probably isnt an optimal amount, considering most recommendations are for 200mg - although that recommendation might simply be because thats what caffeine pills are generally dosed at - i dont know.
