Hey everybody decided to log my cycle here:
I am a 28 year old male diving into AAS after 6 years as a natural. I made good strength gains in that time but I feel I have reached a point where gains are miniscule. At start of cycle I was 165 lbs at 5'8 tall and 9-10% body fat. I am looking to add 20 lbs of lean mass from this cycle. I know that is shooting for the moon but I would rather set my goal too high and not obtain it than set it low and get there too easily. Realistically I would consider 10 still a success. I am running Wendlers 5/3/1 with a bodybuilding assistance template for strength and size gains.
So far Thursday was my first pin. It went ok. Shaky hands but I will control it better next time. Had some PIP but i attribute it to having shaky hands moving too quickly and not prepping with a hot bath and heating the oil up first. I was surprised at how easy the actual injection was, pretty much painless. I used my liquidex for the first time the next day. I got an oral syringe with it but no needle so I just draw with a needle I set aside for it specifically and inject into the oral syringe to measure exact. Starting at .25 mgs EOD.
Saturday
Today was bench day. My main lift was weak, I got more than required reps for that day but I felt I could have done better. Overtime and lack of sleep is what I am blaming. After feeling weak on the bench it upped my drive for the assistance work. I hit it hard with those movements and felt a lot better about the workout. Love when my delt veins and bicep veins look like they might explode! Makes me feel like going even harder. Tomorrow is deadlift day. Going to try and hit 385 for ten, deadlifts are not a movement I usually take for that many reps but we will see what happens.
Will log tomorrow's session more in depth. Will also update stats on a weekly basis. Would post pics but I have a few identifying tattoos and scars and want to remain Anon for now.
