Hey everybody decided to log my cycle here:

I am a 28 year old male diving into AAS after 6 years as a natural. I made good strength gains in that time but I feel I have reached a point where gains are miniscule. At start of cycle I was 165 lbs at 5'8 tall and 9-10% body fat. I am looking to add 20 lbs of lean mass from this cycle. I know that is shooting for the moon but I would rather set my goal too high and not obtain it than set it low and get there too easily. Realistically I would consider 10 still a success. I am running Wendlers 5/3/1 with a bodybuilding assistance template for strength and size gains.

So far Thursday was my first pin. It went ok. Shaky hands but I will control it better next time. Had some PIP but i attribute it to having shaky hands moving too quickly and not prepping with a hot bath and heating the oil up first. I was surprised at how easy the actual injection was, pretty much painless. I used my liquidex for the first time the next day. I got an oral syringe with it but no needle so I just draw with a needle I set aside for it specifically and inject into the oral syringe to measure exact. Starting at .25 mgs EOD.

Saturday

Today was bench day. My main lift was weak, I got more than required reps for that day but I felt I could have done better. Overtime and lack of sleep is what I am blaming. After feeling weak on the bench it upped my drive for the assistance work. I hit it hard with those movements and felt a lot better about the workout. Love when my delt veins and bicep veins look like they might explode! Makes me feel like going even harder. Tomorrow is deadlift day. Going to try and hit 385 for ten, deadlifts are not a movement I usually take for that many reps but we will see what happens.

Will log tomorrow's session more in depth. Will also update stats on a weekly basis. Would post pics but I have a few identifying tattoos and scars and want to remain Anon for now.

Forgot to mention cycle!

Test E 600 mg a week in two doses a week.
.25 mg adex EOD
nolva/clomid pct
12 week cycle
 
You might be being a little to anal about the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) measurement. The oral syringe should have markings on it.
Cycle looks solid to me.
You may want to keep the barf bucket near by if your not used to pulling 385 X 10.

It does but to pull from the vial I need a needle which it doesn't have. So I just pull the oral back to .1 ml and use the big syringe to fill it.
 
If you don't mind, could you provide before and after photos as well as a brief summary of your diet/training along the way. For instance: "Planning 3000 calories a day, pretty much a clean diet with one cheat meal a week. I've followed that pretty much with little variance. Training has been going as planned" or "my diet has been shit. Missed the gym the past 4 days." could be another instance. Haha. Thanks and looking forward to the progress!

Calorie goal is 3360 daily right now. I surplussed more than that last night with a cheat meal of pizza but not by too much. I eat something really bad once a week, it is good for my temperament lol. Macronutrient split I am aiming for is 40p/40c/20f.

My diet contains: eggs, chicken, beef, sweet potato, some whole grains, cottage cheese, natural peanut butter, apples and bananas, tuna, protein powder, some milk and leafy greens and other veggies. I rotate stuff in and out day to day to try and keep variety but always mindful to hit my calories and macronutrient split. Not always exact on the macros but close enough for gubment work.

You have a good base; In my opinion 3360 cals is high for a guy at 165 pounds; I believe you will gain some fat; have you calculated your TDEE? I would start lower and adjust calories as you grow (that's me tho). 20 pounds of LEAN mass is a lot too; but since you are 165 you could achieve close to that if everything is optimal. Still... every1's different............

I completely understand about the images! I don't blame you one bit. Thanks for the update! I like to see the progress on Test only cycles because that is what I would run.

I work in the manufacturing industry and I am on my feet 8 hours a day moving. I actually thought it might be a bit low at first.

BTW took my second dosing of liquid adex this morning. Glad I am mixing it, even the one miniscule drop in a glass of orange juice had a bad taste lol. I also programmed my smartphone to give me an alarm reminder in case I forget a dose of dex or to inject. Also is it strange to WANT to pin again? I am actually looking forward to it! On top of that I installed a calorie counting app on my phone. It includes barcode scanning so you can scan the package barcode and then put your serving in. Pretty bad ass.

Right now I am bored waiting for the girlfriend to get done grooming a dog so I can hit the gym and kill some deadlifts.

Is 18 years old too young for a 28 year old guy like myself? Don't care, would wife and have super weight lifting children with her.
 
Just got back in... 385 on deads for 7. Form was getting sloppy so I squashed it. There is a thin line between strong and stupid. I will stay on the strong side.

I am at a new gym and their leg curl machine feels awkward. Tried multiple adjustments, went light with many sets to get used to it. Had front squats as an assistance. Just did 135 for 5 sets of ten. Quads and glutes were burning! Core work was weighted sit ups, hanging knee raises, ab wheel roll outs, and planks. By the end of that my core was on fire.

Well bros I am going to watch Football and eat clean all day. Stay hungry my friends.
 
Second pin this morning. Went OK. Heated oil up a bit to see if it helped with pip. I had really steady hands. Aspirated just to be safe. Injected slow. The weird thing was I almost passed out while injecting. Face went white as a ghost and I had that woozy feeling. Weird. It passed after I had finished.

Going to sleep another hour or so and get on with my day. Work at 3 pm today. No gym until tomorrow after work though. Then it is overhead press day on 5/3/1 love that workout.
 
bro take 2 mins to edit out your tattoos in paint. You've been working out that long natty and we all would LOVE to see where you sit before and after!!!

Hey guys just a quick update. Feeling good today, I'm on break at work and eating some homemade low sugar chicken pad Thai. Spicy as hell! Love it. Remembered to take my Dex today with a small amount of apple juice. Through my creatine in at the same time.

Directly after work I'm hitting the 24h gym to smash some weights. Its overhead press day on 5/3/1 so shoulders and biceps as I have adopted a bodybuilding assistance to maximize muscular size gains from this cycle. 4 more hours!
 
Had a good press workout. There was a couple of guys in the rack and I had to wait. They stared when I pressed what they were quarter squatting lol. Had a decent workout but it took longer because a friend from work came, he is the chatty type. Still put extreme effort into the work but the rest between was longer sometimes. I have been eating well but will need some more protein next time I up my calories. Was thinking canned tuna would help, just want to be careful with the mercury.

Looking forward to my next pin but with all these injections I am wondering if I should hire this nurse to help me:

Squat 5/3/1 tonight bros. Which means legs and abs. Have a good one brothers and remember to make time to bend some bars at your local gym.
 
Destroyed legs the other night. Low bar power for my 5/3/1 sets, than I switched to front for 4x12 reps. Then headed over to the leg extension and repped out 4 sets of 12 there. Gave my hammies there fair share with SLDLs and leg curls. Calf raises and some ab work finished the night.

Had a bad first delt injection though. Must of nicked a vessel I got some blood droplets in the syringe post inject and it made me paranoid. I also went to fast and had a little leakage. Was just a tiny drop from inject site probably .1 cc but it still made me feel like I wasted. Trying my other delt on Monday and I am going to try and slow down.

BTW people seem to love my AVI so here she is in glorious high(er) res. Enjoy!

Well the pip cleared up in my shoulder nicely. Worked out today with zero pain. Feel strong and haven't finished my second week yet! I think

I might have noticed some aggression increase today. There was bigger guy in the squat rack when I got there so I just hang cleaned a bar for my presses. I had noticed he had 4 plates per side loaded and I peeped over to watch his squat because I like seeing people push big weights at the gym. It motivates me to do the same. The guy unracks it and literally bends at the knees about three inches. Not even a quarter squat. I was amused at first but then he did this with five plates per side while taking ten minute rests in between sets. The guy used up the only squat rack for an hour for be. To basically lean on the bar with a load of plates on it and have people stare because it isn't a hardcore gym. I am so glad it wasn't my squat day haha. But it just pissed me off because three guys were obviously waiting for the rack.

Then my patience got tested again in the change room. They only have one sink in the washroom and a guy set up a personal shave station there. When I approached to wash my hands he wanted me to just come up beside him while he shaved naked and we would be shoulder to shoulder. I just told him I would wait. If there was multiple sinks I wouldn't care but one sink jammed in a corner? Just shave at home bud. I kept my cool but I have noticed smaller things getting me going recently.

I switched up my days so I am doing squats again tomorrow. I didn't wanna do deadlifts during the day because management doesn't like it. So I go at 11:30 pm and the cute girl working does not care.

I'm up four lbs so far but obviously I probably put on a little water from higher carb intake, creatine and the test.
