Virgin muscle, Fly's fall to the dark side!

My fourth injection this morning. That means I am officially 2 weeks in. According to the scales I have gained 7 lbs so far. My body fat has only increased a very tiny amount and it could actually be water retention since I am using calipers. Strength seems to be going up now. Whether the Test has built enough to do this or the calorie surplus after a long summer deficit is not known. I do feel faster gains than I ever have before. In all my lifts weights that I was hitting for 3 reps while I was depleted I can now hit for 7-10. I also am feeling more drive to stick to "cleaner" food and to go hard in the gym with no distractions.

One side I did notice is sweating. I break a sweat really easy in the last couple of days. Last night it was horrible I was visiting family and I sweated so bad I had to take my button up off and just sit in my undershirt. I used to have bad sweating due to anxiety but it was mostly under control unless I was in a super stressful situation. There has been some acne but nothing bad, even as a teen I would only get a couple zits here and there and mostly had clear skin. My nose got the most oily and it has felt a little worse than usual this week. Really strange to have increased my calories this much and not see a noticeable effect on body fat. At this point in my life it seemed like my body wanted to add more fat than muscle despite how small my surplus was and how hard or smart I trained.

I did another quad pin this morning. I was going to do my right delt for a full rotation but I train bench tomorrow night and didn't know if I would still have PIP issues. Really need to focus on the chest and delts so I like to make sure I can train properly. I got really woozy during injection again but I attribute it to being a pussy about needles. Hopefully this helps me get over my phobia. Went really slow though so the process was drawn out and I had time to focus on the fact of what I was doing and it made me lightheaded haha. I will do my right delt this thursday, I like the idea of a 4 site injection for bi weekly injections. It takes two weeks to get back around to my original site.

No gym today though people... which I am actually sad about. I just want to go HAM at the gym so bad now. My doggies would probably enjoy a hike out in the bush though so I might eat a big healthy breakfast and get out there and do that on my Thanksgiving day off. Yes it is Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend and I am thankful for Test-E and my bros at the Ology haha.
 
Just a quick update for now. Came home last night and my gf had packed up all her stuff and left me a "dear john" note on the counter. I am saddened by this greatly because we have been off/on 7 years but I am also looking at it as an opportunity to grow and better myself. I will take some time off from women and pursue financial, educational and personal goals. We have been through the breakup thing a few times throughout the years but this time I don't have the will to fight for it. Every set back is a setup for a comeback!

I will continue logging in the next few days. Just need to get my emotions under control and busy myself as best I can.
 
Sorry to hear. Sometimes you just have to call it a day and move forward. But it's never easy.

Thanks bro I've got family friends and two wonderful american pit bull terriers to help me get through it. Just going to hit the gym hard, hit the books hard and take it one step at a time. I've chased tail since I was old enough to know what a pussy was. Somehow it hasn't made my life anymore fulfilling or meaningful. Time out for awhile focus on me and hopefully a good woman will enter my life at some point.

Thanks for the kind words though. Its great to see a group of guys here who defy the stereotype centered around weight lifters and even more so those who choose to use PEDs.
 
Hey everybody. Just got done week 3 of injections. Start my fourth week Thursday. Strength gains have been pretty mild but I heard for Test E you don't notice big gains until week 3
5. I do 5/3/1 however and lifts that I could only hit for 3 reps just 3 weeks ago I am now hitting for 6-12. Could be because I was carb depleted before and now I am in a calorie surplus.

I am using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) so I haven't noticed too much acne. I saw some spots here and there on my chest and back that I haven't seen before. Also the thin sparse hair on my back that I despise seems thicker. I definitely feel more focused, confident and pumped to train. Just getting anxious for bigger gains. I know I still have 9 weeks to go but I am getting antsy.

Had a good training session on my bench day tonight. Hit all the reps I wanted to with ease. Deadlifts and back tomorrow. I love me some deadlifts! I think I have gained 10 lbs so far since starting bulking 4-5 weeks ago. I also started taking creatine again and I know despite the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) I am feeling a bit watery.

I am visiting relatives up North so my diet went right off the rails. Strength gains have come though. I just repped my 1rm from before for 3 and I could have went for 6 squatting. Decided to not push it though. I know my joints and tendons aren't used to it yet. Felt so powerful in my squat. I had a little forward lean on my squat on last rep but my chest was big and rose with my hips. Felt amazing pushing that weight. I am only 4 weeks in on 12! I hope my bench has similar gains, it is the lift I need to work on the most.

Miss a dose of adex though. I was in a rush leaving and forgot to pack it. I wonder if I should just continue on my regular dosing schedule or double up for one to make up for it? The dose I have been using seems to be working. Hmmmmmm.
 
I am still alive! Haha. Bodyweight is steadily going up. When I am not bloofy and all dry in the morning I still have abs. I take body fat readings in the morning while dry also and I might have moved up 1% maybe 2 at most. Weight has gone up 20 lbs since starting bulk. I started bulk 2 weeks before first injection so about 7-8 weeks ago. Pretty pumped that I still have 6-7 weeks left. I squatted hard today. Hit another PR only 5 lbs more than last week but I felt strong and my form barely broke down at all. Awesome!!

Upper body is moving slower but it is steadily climbing. Really trying to focus on delts and chest. People said I had big arms before compared to those two areas so I would like to really bring them up. My bicep vein is still sticking out despite being a bit watery and a wee bit fatter. My chins have been bugging me but I have to remember I'm lugging more weight up to the bar haha.
 
Great workout tonight guys. I was in the zone. Got ten reps on my 5+ set with 5/3/1 on the bench, and my form was great. Steady drop to chest, touch the shirt with slight pause and good fast press. I would rather keep my form tight like that and do less reps then get sloppy all the time and go for broke. Every now and then I just bust balls and go ape but I save it for maybe once a month.

I think I expected too much strength wise from a simple test cycle in terms of strength. The gains have been actually pretty great when I compare to other people's logs from various sites. So now that I have my expectations back to a normal level its really helping me with my effort while training.

On an emotional level I am finally recovering from the loss of my girlfriend. I think I would be less upset if I hadn't let my social life wither and die during the 7 year relationship. Getting out there and just making guy friends at this age is scary for me lol. I am expanding my social network through work though and hopefully I can make some new bonds with people soon. I learned my lesson though. I will never let another woman kill my friendships!
 
Bench up 30 lbs, Squat and dead up 50 lbs!

Bodyweight up 25 lbs since start of bulk. Watery as hell though. Trying to control it but it just won't go down. Gained a bit of fat but I wanted the most mass I could get.

Libido out of control haha. Luckily I met two girls who are down with a more casual arrangement. Proper safety equipment required of course lol.

In the gym I feel great. Reps feel easier. I never feel crushed by the weight like before. Its great.

The one negative is the sweating. I seriously sweat my ass off. My armpits are soaked all the time it is embarrassing! Got some high powered anti perspirant coming in the mail. Used it in high school when I had the same problem. Should work.

Keep check on that water and it wouldn't be a bad idea to get some blood levels drawn soon. Get your results up and I am sure someone can help you interpret what course of action to take (if any).

Nothing wrong with a little fat gain on a bulk. Its those who go crazy who lose it all. Also, good work finding those girls. Could've been in a world of hurt without that. haha.

Unfortunately living in Canada I know not of a private lab that will do bloods. The one that I knew of before refuses to do any work received from Canada. I could get one done by my doctor but in doing so would have to reveal my AAS use. Kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place here.

As for the water it's my diet I believe that is causing a lot of it. I am trying to keep that sodium down but it is hard because I hate bland food. Have had no signs of gyno, was starting to get a dull ache now and then behind nipples but I slightly increased my liquidex dose just by a few points and it went away after a week or so.
 
Feeling a little too fat recently going to really clean the diet up and reduce my caloric excess with cardio. Just light walking the dogs everyday should do what I need. Got a little sloppy the last two weeks and had two or three cheat meals instead of one.

Already started planning my cut cycle for the summer. I still want test base but I'm worries about using prop because of the sheer amount of pinning. I might try cyp out and really monitor my sodium intake to counter water retention. I wish I didn't love salt. My other compounds will be EQ and Var. I am only going to try EQ because I have a free vial from my source from making me wait so long. Plus I have naturally thin blood and I already have donated so I'm g2g. Plus I want the vascularity and muscle hardness it brings for the end of my summer cut. Not sure whether to run the var on the back end or the front as kind of a kick start. Any ideas would be appreciated. This one is still a ways off though but I like to be prepared. I started researching my first cycle two years ago and just started in October.

Other then that steady as she goes. Trying to not let my ego get me hurt in the gym. I could lift a lot more than I am but I know connective tissue does not react like muscles. Sometimes though I just want to load that bar and watch it bend lol. Thanks to everybody reading this. Sorry about the no pics. I have already gotten a few "questions" and I enjoy my privacy. I wish I could update more but life has gotten in the way alas. Not enough time to lift, work and be there for my family as it is!

Thanks bro. I wish people could get to know guys like us. A lot of the guys here defy the typical meathead stereotype and are good people. We just want to exceed past our genetic potential and why shouldn't we be able to?

And yeah I can't wait for the beach and my summer cut. Might enter an untested powerlifting comp in the summer too. Going to be great times.

Ow hurt my back! :( No herniated disc though thankfully. Took five days off pain is pretty much gone just feels a bit tight. Going to continue upper body stuff tomorrow light and see how I react. Then I will just taper back into lifting heavier but I am going to relax on the strength until my next cycle and focus more on hypertrophy. I will also be programming more intelligently from now on. I went overboard I think and wore myself out. Train hard but train smarter.
 
Wow. I did exactly the same thing. Just woke up a week ago and it was out, walking like an old man
And I decided the same. Lower weights, more reps for a while.
