muscle overload

Hi ( sorry that was meant to say muscle overload not volume )

i just wanted to know from people who have used the muscle overload training tecnique are there good results from this style of training

i have been pushing my limits weight wise for the last 6 months 3 of which have been on cycle and need to give my elbow and shoulder a rest from heavy weights as they are casing me a great deal of pain , volume seemed like a good option as its 50 to 60 percent of max

i wanna run it for 9 weeks then heavy again

Why not just take a week off? Not being a smart ass but sometimes the hardest part of training is not doing anything

Do you deload or cruise any time during your training?

On cycle I normally deload every 6 weeks and off every 4... You should give that a try before you make a 180 degree change.

i have been doing nothing other than adding weight then lowering reps when i cant add . deload could be the answer im in the process of taking a week off i got 3 quaterzone injections which was not the best idea to mask the pain which has returned with a vengenace , i will research deload not 100% sure what it is ,

question though with a whole new style of training would that not confuse the body into growing

okay so researched deload its very similar start to overload , i might stick with overload and see what happens then at least i will know how my body reacts
