Wall Street and Testosterone

Interesting read! I am sure it was the same deal back in the 80's the "Wall Street" days when coke fueled the traders. At least now its healthier and better regulated and you got forums like here to talk about it.

If testosterone is really that important for motivation, I can go on TRT. My motivation is sucks.

What do you guys think? You use testosterone. How is your motivation?

yes, xwant, men with high testosterone have more drive and motivation than men with low testosterone. But it doesn't matter trt or naturally.
It doesnt mean that now you have to jump on trt. Off course you can, but that way your shutting yourself down and making a lifelong commitment.

Subq injection is very easy. If testosterone is important too much, I think it worth.

well its not about subq or IM, both are very easy when you get used to it, but as said you are gonna be doing this for a long time. but every day is a new day, every week is a new week, you have to do what makes you feel good.

i also read that for guys with low testosterone, the decision is especially hard, because they have all kinds of fears, insecurities, irrational thoughts etc. Same as when you are in a depression, you think that nothing and noone can help you.

If you take this life-long decision as 'every week is a new week' and every week you ask yourself am i gonna inject testosterone to feel normal/awesome, i think everyone would say yes. but still, TRT is a last resort at treating hypogonadism.

PS: i dont recommend subq for trt. subq is for water based not oil

Are you going to keep asking the same question until you get the answer you are motivated (i.e. want) to here?

Aren't you like 21? I have been spending some time with the family over the holiday break, so I'm a little behind on my ology reading - but WHY would you want to go on TRT if you DON'T NEED IT?

I've been on TRT for about six years, and all it has done is give me back the man I was years ago. It didn't turn me into superman, it didn't suddenly change me into the prom king that bangs three broads a night, and it certainly didn't give me a new ambitious drive that I didn't already have within. It simply RESTORED all those things (no, I'm not banging three chicks a night :() that I already have had previously, but long since forgotten.

That's the entire point of the article; albeit they do sensationalize it a bit, and make it a bit more sunshine and roses than the reality. These are successful men that are already type 1 personalities, but due to outside influences, became hypogonadal (in many of the cases presented).

I want to draw the line there. TRT is REPLACEMENT. It is for a medical need, when the body no longer makes adequate supplies of testosterone, and the individual starts to suffer ill effects from such.

TRT is NOT for getting swole/HYOOOOGE/jacked, it's not to boost self esteem, it's not to suddenly make it so you can talk to that young lady at the local restaurant, it's not to help you get through exam week, it's not to help you negotiate a better raise.

If you want to cycle, and take the risks associated with such - nobody here can stop you. But please, stop trying to rationalize such as a reason to give yourself a life sentence of injecting for the rest of your life.

If you TRULY need TRT, I'll help you in any way I can, but let's cut the shit here - is that what you're really looking for?

In the Wake of Litigation, FDA Puts the Brakes on New Testosterone Drug | New York Legal Examiner | New York New York Personal Injury Lawyer

FDA put a halt on approving Androxal....
They got cold feet after all the bad hype about TRT meds..
Wow it be nice to have a clomid like med without the bad sides..
Too bad!!

Do you feel this drug could not be approved ?

I do stock trading every now and then... if you believe the FDA is just "temporarily" stalling this drug and we can assume it will most lilkly be approved... we could make some $ off of the company's stock.

RPRX

Look at the stock symbol.... total crash recently...

Testosterone isn***8217;t a one-time deal ***8212; you have to keep taking it to keep your levels up. Just to give his body a break, Pasalich said he takes the shots twice a week for about three months, then takes a month off. He actually feels the difference during that month of having lower testosterone levels.

Sounds like the Dr. doesnt really knows what he is doing.........
