Wanting to maintain weight yet lose 3-4% bf,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,advice?

My max HR is 195 assuming the site I looked at is right. I am 5'9 165lbs and thirty years old with body fat about 14%..................I want to get a solid cut body before consuming huge amounts of calories with a bulking cycle. I have been doing 20-30 min cardio before weight training and try to keep my HR at 170 for 8min cool down for 2min then elevate HR back to 170-180 depdending on how aggressive I am feeling. I want to get to 10% BF and maintain my weight. Can anyone give me advice?
 
Get some Clen and run it 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off start @ 20 mcg and up the dose Ed by 20 mcg till you hit 120 mcg if your uncomfortable @ 120 mcg drop the dose to 100mcg add some anavar to the mix and run it for 6 weeks @ 50-80mg Ed run eca during your off period from clen
Assuming that you have a good diet planed you will be able to get your desired results drink enough water during the day and workout sessions...and take a multi with your meals...HIIT cardio along with high intencity circuits will give you good results you will defintly hit your goal along with a good increase in lmb!
