i heard that one of the main ways to help decrease water retention is to eat more veggies. If this is true can you mention to me which and do fruits do the same. thanks

im not sure if this is the answer your looking for

are you trying to bulk?

what are you using to bulk?

IMO nolva helps me with water

but ive come to like the water it makes me look bigger and it seems to help me with my lifting weights

what are you holding water from? diet? aas? are you bulking?
if just following a regular diet and training then simply watching how much sodium that you are getting in as well, yes eating more fiberous veggies will aid in cleaning your system out...drinking MORE water will actually help to flush more out.

In my experience water is not always drug related.

Too many carbs can make us hold water especially bread(glutin based foods)

I usualy hold the most water they day after my cheat day where I fill up on junk food, come the day after that when I am eating totally clean, the water goes

If you naturally retain water, then you need to drink more water! How much water do u take in each day?
If you're looking for a natural diuretic, try Dandelion Root.:)

Yeah I totally agree carbs can make you hold water and drinking more water will make you shed water. If you can handle it try drinking an ounce of water for every pound of body weight I have read where some guys do that about 3 days before a show to lose some water. I can only get about 1.5 gallons before I am about to pop. Another thing too you piss all the time. Dandelion root and kelp also have natural diuretic effects if you want to try that. I have had some luck with dandelion root.

I am trying to gain weight and i am currently taking juice and trying tobulk. i have gained 20 pounds but i want more except the water retention is killing me, my cheeks look like akid's. i ordered liquidex and i am going to take dandelion.
