Is there a website, where you can find out what you should be eating you gaim mass or cut some bf %? Any insight would help me out.
 
You've got to adjust your intake based on your individual response to the food, training, and perhaps hormones.

Persaonlly, I currently have more fat on me right now than I would like, but I also have a lot of strength that I want to gain. So I'm eating like mad and I'll worry about the fat some other day. More muscle makes the fat loss easier, anyway.
