I have loose skin on my sides and chest. I feel like this will never be fixed with out surgery.
I think that also makes my body fat look a tad higher, but WTF do I know lol

a cut diet, cardio and resistance training will burn off the stubborn bf
I am on 3Js cut diet, I do between 150-180 minutes of cardio a week (Mon - Fri) and train 6 days a week..
Not sure what else I can do...
lol... resistance training, boxing, HIIT type training
I am starting Boxing this Thursday..
